Overview

MSc Business and Management with Sustainability at Aberdeen Business School offers a contemporary curriculum that allows students from any academic background to transition successfully into challenging managerial careers, recognizing the global economic, social, and political trends impacting ethical and responsible organizational decision-making.

You will gain a solid grounding in contemporary areas of management with a focus on sustainable finance, the energy transition agenda, and policymaking to support sustainable business outcomes.

This course is part of the MSc Business and Management programme, giving you the option of studying a 2-year MSc (with work placement).

The course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to provide well-researched solutions to strategic challenges in business.

You will establish a skill set that is highly desirable in the global job market, preparing you to help formulate, implement, analyze, and manage global sustainability practices.

Each course in the Business and Management programme comprises a dual award:

A globally recognized Masters qualification
A Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (level 7) from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI)

Entry to the University Programme is open to students who have successfully completed the International Professional Diploma in Business Management (SCQF level 11): General Business Management Pathway. 

Entry level: Postgraduate Diploma

Successful completion of the above-named course is required. For marketing courses, students must have completed ‘Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategies’ and ‘Product and Service Development’ from the optional modules.
A GPA of 60% or higher.
For applicants whose first language is not English, satisfactory evidence of meeting RGU’s general English language requirements is necessary.
Applicants must be eligible to obtain the necessary visa to study in the United Kingdom.

This diploma enables progression to relevant undergraduate programs of study in accordance with the entry requirements of individual universities in the UK, with credit exemptions.
